Brexit update for International customers:

If you are a EU citizen you may be subject to additional duties. Depending on your country, you may have to pay VAT and handling fee to receive your parcel. This may be charged by your delivery person or they may ask you to collect your parcel at your local branch. For most countries this is 20% of your order value.

DUTIES AND TAXES

• International tax and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.   

• These fees are not included in the shipping costs.

• If you refuse a shipment from sophieseddon.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to sophieseddon.com.  

• In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
