Where do you ship to?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Transit delivery times vary by location:

UK orders take 6-8 days max, while international orders take 3-4 weeks.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched and scanned by Royal Mail/Parcel2Go, Sophie Seddon Vintage is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages.

 

We can provide you with tracking numbers, but you will need to contact the parcel service yourself.

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. If you need to make any changes, please contact Sophie Seddon Vintage immediately. Otherwise, the package will be sent to the address provided during checkout.

Import Taxes & VAT for International

 

Sophie Seddon Vintage are not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas deliveries. If a parcel shipped to you is returned due to non payment of Import Tax and VAT Sophie Seddon Vintage will contact you regarding the parcel to see if you’d like it resending (you will need to pay for this) if not, you will not be refunded.
